Founded by Christine Vester and supported by the storytelling expertise of producer Tony Mantor, our initiative shines a spotlight on the urgent need for reform, prioritizing care, understanding, and treatment over punishment.

Humanity Over Handcuffs™: The Silent Crisis Foundation was founded by Christine Vester, an autism and mental health advocate, and Tony Mantor, a respected producer and storyteller. Together, they are raising awareness, educating communities, and promoting justice reform for those often misunderstood and overlooked in the legal system.
Our purpose is clear: to focus on actionable solutions rather than assigning blame. We are committed to developing strategies that address the unique needs of autistic individuals and those living with mental health challenges, both nationwide and globally. Our goal is to empower judges, attorneys, law enforcement, mental health professionals, legislators, and families to collaborate on better outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
